Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping within the UAE on all orders. 5 % vat is included on all prices when you order products within UAE.

Shipping to the GCC countries (Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia) is 50 AED.

Shipping to Sweden is 50 AED (ships from Sweden so no custom fees).

Shipping to EU countries is 70 AED (ships from Sweden so no customs fees).

Shipping to rest of the world is 100 AED.

CUSTOMS

Customs is cleared and paid for by the buyer. Shipments to Sweden are shipped from Sweden so customs will not need to be cleared.

HOW DO I SHOP?

Simply add items to your basket. Hollie Woods will guide you through the checkout. If you find it difficult to place an order, please contact us at contact@myholliewoods.com and we will be happy to assist you. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Another email will follow as soon as we have sent your parcel. You will be given your shipping number so you will be able to track your order. 

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
The sizes shown for the product are staying true to European sizes, if nothing else is given. If our sizing chart is not helping, please contact us for more information.


DELIVERY
Delivery to UAE and GCC countries is currently 20 working days, all shoes are custom made in Sweden. Delivery time in Sweden is 7 working days. Delivery time to EU countries is 7-14 working days. International delivery is 20 working days. 


SAFE PAYMENT
Payment can easily and safely be made by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Safe payment is guaranteed through our partner Paypal. Please note all prices are in AED. For orders within UAE we also offer Cash on delivery (COD)

RETURNS

• Please contact Hollie Woods before returning any items. Please email  contact@myholliewoods.com. We will give you a return address. 
• You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. 
• The product must be in unused condition.
• If you would like to change to another size please contact us and we will assist you. 

No returns on sale items. Unfortunately we can not take responsibility for return shipping costs. Refunds for returns or canceled orders will be made within 14 days from the receiving the return product. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment received.

COMPLAINTS
Contact us directly if you have received a defect or an incorrect item. These items may be returned to us at our expense with your order-id and description.
